Finding true talent that is ready for the world of modeling is not as hard as it sounds. True talent is hidden in many places including malls, grocery stores, behind a desk or walking across the street. No that street is not always in New York. At any moment a talent management company or modeling agency may find a true modeling or acting talent.
Not all of our favorite models or actors went to school to study and mold their craft. Many were discovered as a true talent while living their life not thinking about being approached by a talent management company. A talent management or talent agency is always actively looking for the next big thing. That is their job. Being approached by a talent scout or talent management professional should not be a turn off. Really they are not going to approach just any one. 5. A healthy look. Fit, beautiful hair or shining teeth are all a big plus in modeling and acting.
Finding a true talent in the masses takes time and work. They are not always going to walk into a talent management agency. Most big talents are discovered by a talent agency that sees something in them that the person may not of even know was there.

“I think in my perspective what it takes to be a good model is the learning ability and intelligence, self confidence, good organization skills, a healthy body and lots of get-up-and-go! Not everyone is born a model, they have to work for it and achieve that part of their career. A model that is comfortable in setting goals and not afraid to go after them with an aggressive determination.
Attitude in a model is important as well to set them into a character of advertisement. They are to show many angles of different moods. In every shot they take they have to be in the mood to sell to the fashion industry, and to be a hit in the modeling media.
The model has the ability to represent them into a fashion icon when they are walking down the stage. They are changed into character a couple times a day. For every photo shoot they take they are put out there for an advertisement to represent a product and sell themselves and the merchandise.
A model is set to look good, he or she is determined to be fit and be healthy, to also be a role model for the rest of us who are watching. They’re a fashion icon that is moving around rotating roles and lifestyles. They represent high fashion, haute couture and even just a simple catalog. The truth is that without them we wouldn’t be able to see what we could look like in clothes or with other merchandise out there. Thanks to all the models out there they are beautiful in their ways and do their jobs that many of us wouldn’t be able to keep up with!”

My Experience With Working At Tru Talent
I started with this company 3 years ago as a scout. Wow that was a hard transition in my life. Came into the industry with no real previous experience and met with a person working here. He began to open my eyes to the amazing world of acting and modeling. So I began to go out to malls, clubs, and concerts, scouting for what I thought could be a good actor/model. I did this for a little over a year and a half.
Then out of nowhere I got this amazing promotion to become a New Face Director here in the office. The company relocated me to Las Vegas. This was one of the most amazing adventures that I have ever had in my life. I moved here from a small city in Alabama, transitioning to this big city fast life of being a talent agent. They taught me everything I needed to know about becoming a solid acting/modeling agent. They taught me how to be tactful, respectful, and confident. It was the most amazing time of my life. Over the next year I did this and did this very well. I was really good at picking talent that had real potential. My talent have appeared in anything from Monday Night Football, Super Bowl Commercials, Wii Video Games covers, Play station 3 video game covers. Having my talent do this work is the most thrilling part of my life. Sitting at home and seeing my talent book this type of work is my most amazing accomplishment.
Looking back on my career here; I would not change anything in the world. I owe more than you could ever imagine to this company. They have taken me from being a kid with no experience, and turning him into a professional business man.
